Ericka Pilecki serves as the Association Services Coordinator for Shaw / Yoder / Antwih, Inc. She works in the arenas of membership, events and various other components within the organization and works for a number of the firm’s association management clients.

Ericka has a history of working with non-profits as both a coordinator of programs as well as in recruitment and marketing. Ericka received a Bachelor of Arts degree in both Sociology, emphasis in Law and Society, and Chicana/o Studies, emphasis in Social Policy, as well as a minor in Social and Ethnic Relations, from the University of California, Davis.
