Teresa Evans joined Shaw / Yoder / Antwih, Inc. as the Association Services Assistant in February 2011 and brings with her over 20 years of administrative and customer service experience. Previously, Teresa served as the assistant to the SVP of Audience Development & Membership Services with The Sacramento Bee performing a wide variety of administrative- and project- related work for the largest division at The Bee.

Before returning to the private sector, Teresa spent seven years as an administrative professional with the city of Elk Grove working closely with the city manager and assistant city manager on a variety of projects. While working in Elk Grove, Teresa worked closely with the city’s transit manager at the time Elk Grove launched e-tran – the nation’s first entirely hybrid-electric commuter bus fleet.

Teresa earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Walden University in 2007 and is currently working on completing her Master of Public Administration.

Teresa lives in Sacramento with her family which includes her mother, brother, two grown daughters, 10-year-old son, and four-year-old granddaughter.
