Rob Finley joined the Shaw / Yoder / Antwih, Inc. team in May 2010 as Managing Director, Association Services. In this role, Finley oversees the firm’s association management activities while also leading the growth in this practice area.

Finley has more than two decades of government and trade association experience, most recently serving as Senior Vice President, Operations for the California Restaurant Association (CRA) where he led the transformation of the association’s operations, strategies, membership initiatives, communications and branding.

Prior to his time with the CRA, Finley served in Governor Pete Wilson’s administration as Assistant Secretary, Marketing and Economic Development within the California Trade and Commerce Agency. Finley also served as Special Assistant to the Chairman of the California Air Resources Board within the California Environmental Protection Agency and served in various capacities in Governor Wilson’s Office, gubernatorial and presidential campaigns.

Finley is a graduate of the University of California, Davis with a degree in political science.
