Tuyen Truong joined the Shaw / Yoder / Antwih, Inc. team May 31, 2007 as an Association Services Assistant to our contracted client California Transit Association. As an Association Services Assistant she specializes in database management: producing dues invoicing processing and tracking payment, update and manage contact information in database, producing and creating membership directory as well as website management. Furthermore, Ms. Truong is our webinar administrator. Tuyen also assist with meetings, Lobby Day and conference coordination. In September 2008, she took on a new role as the Assistant to the Deputy Executive Director of the California Transit Association. As an Assistant to the Deputy Executive Director, she maintains her prior role as the Association Services Assistant and takes on more responsibilities; particularly assisting in producing agendas for the Executive Committee Meetings
Prior to joining Shaw / Yoder / Antwih, Inc. she served as the administrative assistant/executive assistant for several non-profits across different sectors including concrete, real estate, and medical. Ms. Truong has experience on supervisor level: training and delegating projects.
Ms. Truong holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Media Communications from California State University Sacramento.
During her free time, she enjoys photography and travel and has explored Australia, Canada and Japan.
