Jim McElroy has been with Shaw / Yoder / Antwih, Inc. since 2005.  He is the Deputy Executive Director of the California Transit Association.  He also manages the California Transit Finance Authority and the California Transit Finance Corporation.

Jim brings to the firm over two decades of management experience at California public transit agencies.
