Sabrina Means is the Legislative and Regulatory Advocate for the California Transit Association. She handles legislative tracking and analysis as well as actively monitoring and engaging in various regulatory transit-related issues. Her role also includes keeping members informed with the most up to date information, as well as facilitating communications between transit members and state government. Having previously worked for the legislative office of the Sierra Club, Sabrina brings an environmental background to the firm, as well as a strong interest in the legislative process and public policy. Her experiences also include work in web communications and international trade.

Sabrina shares a love for the outdoors and can often be found running, biking, or playing sports, especially soccer. 

Sabrina has a Master of Arts degree in International Affairs from Sacramento State University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from the University of California, Davis.
